1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using tenminutecv.company (the "Service"), and in particular by completing a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

TenMinuteCV is an AI-assisted CV and cover letter generation service. You provide information about your professional background through a conversational interface; the Service generates a formatted CV and optional cover letter in PDF and HTML format.

3. Payment & No-Refund Policy

The Service is offered on a one-time payment basis:

• $5.00 USD — Full package (CV + cover letter, PDF + HTML, lifetime download access)
• $0.50 USD — Re-generation for returning users who provided an email address

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. All sales are final. No refunds are provided once the PDF has been generated and made available for download. By completing payment you acknowledge this policy.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of the information you provide and of the CV documents generated for you. By using the Service you grant TenMinuteCV a limited licence to process your content solely for the purpose of generating and delivering your documents. We do not sell, share, or use your personal data for any purpose other than operating the Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information, to attempt to circumvent payment, or to reverse-engineer or scrape the Service. We reserve the right to terminate access for violations of these terms.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the generated CV will result in employment outcomes. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all generated content before submitting it to third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law, TenMinuteCV's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the transaction giving rise to the claim.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will be updated accordingly. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Switzerland.
